Reservation

We recommend booking your spa treatment in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-in guests are welcome based on availability.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance. A 50% charge will apply for late cancellations; no-shows will be charged in full.

Health Conditions

Kindly inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries prior to treatment.

Pregnancy
