We recommend booking your spa treatment in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-in guests are welcome based on availability.
- Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance. A 50% charge will apply for late cancellations; no-shows will be charged in full.
- Health Conditions
Kindly inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries prior to treatment.
- Pregnancy
Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult with our spa team before booking.
- Valuables
We recommend leaving valuables in your room. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Minimum Age
Spa treatments are available for guests aged 16 years and above. Children are not permitted in the spa area.
- Quiet Zone
To preserve a serene atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum and switch phones to silent mode.
